Here’s where I will NOT be listing a bunch of things to make me look “important”.
I’m on a mission to have a multi generational impact starting with the Mums Of Today. Through our Online PUSH Program we’re helping Mums over 30 to drop 2 dress sizes in 8 weeks. “Oh great, more quick fix nonsense!”. Look, I hear you loud and clear, there’s a lot of shit out there, but here’s why we’re different: We’re empowering our Mums with the tools and habits to KEEP THE RESULTS this time, for life! Building Strong, Toned Machines in 3 hours per week and without any BS starvation diets. A healthy, sustainable example you’ll be proud to reflect to the little ones, so that they too can grow up to be just like Mum.
I’d be lying if I said that helping Mums with their bodies and health was something I “always knew I wanted to do”. In truth it’s been a long winding road to get here, as is the case when arriving at any one point in time. But in this very moment here’s what I know with absolute certainty, I am MEANT to be doing this. And no, I don’t mean “it’s my destiny” or some sort of divine providence, I simply mean in terms of the way I FEEL when I’m doing it.
I’ll never again go back to waking up in the morning without a deep purpose. My number one purpose is to provide an amazing life for my family, that part is very simple. But since my son Leo was born 2018 I’ve demanded that be tied into another purpose: To Impact The Lives Of Mums In A Dramatic Way WHILE Providing The Best Possible Life For My Family.
A multi-generational impact by helping the Mums of today to take back control of their bodies and health in a truly sustainable way, to empower them to be the guiding light for the little ones.

I left behind a successful career in Architecture, a mortgage and everything that felt ‘secure’ (suffocating might be more accurate) and landed in Brisbane, Australia with nothing but this bag. I had zero clue as to what I wanted to do but I knew with 100% certainty it wasn’t what I had been doing.

My entire life I had a very strong believe in the importance of physical activity, sport, health and well-being (thanks Mum & Dad). Having been deeply passionate about the body and fitness ever since studying Sports Science back in college (then going down a different route) I decided now was the perfect time to dive in. I worked as a labourer for 6 months in the scorching Brisbane heat to pay for a course that was quite honestly, pathetic compared to my existing qualifications, but they weren’t recognised here in Aus!

It’s crazy how things work out, Patricia and I actually first met on my very first night out in Australia, over the months it became perfectly clear to me that I would be one lucky Man If I could convince her to walk this road of live with me side by side. I distinctly remember having to borrow $50 from my best mate Scotty to take her to the cinema as I had ran out of money!
2015-2018
Over a 3 year period I went all in on expanding my knowledge in the world of Health & Fitness. Any money I earned went straight back into courses to devour more information. Nutrition courses, Movement seminars, Olympic lifting workshops and Crossfit qualifications. I even ended up Coaching Crossfit for a year and got quite into it, competing an a couple of local competitions. All these things moved me closer to understanding that although tools, tactics and knowledge are important, what get’s real life changing results for people is being able to connect on a deeper level and actually coach them to a result (as opposed to cheerleading disguised as coaching). During this time I moved from being a personal trainer in a gym, to opening my own studio so I could do things my way, developing the protocols with my 1-to-1 clients that would ultimately become the Online PUSH Program. I became the go-to guy for helping Women over 30 achieve sustainable weight loss by building strong, toned bodies through strength training.

Patricia and I got engaged during an amazing family trip with my family to Italy and Greece.
June 2018
In June 2018 I launched PUSH Online with no idea what I was doing, no social media following and very little capital. All I knew was that I wanted to get my systems and coaching into the hands of as many people as possible, to begin changing way more lives than I ever could with 1-to-1 PT. Although the picture might not look like it, this was one of the most stressful times of my life, an incredibly steep learning curve plus we had a baby on the way in 3 short months. It was through this time that I discovered necessity is the biggest motivator. Through 12-15 hour days at my computer I managed to pick up my first handful of clients, initially working with them for FREE to prove (mainly to myself!) that my systems actually worked online and to get my first critical testimonials.
September 2018
The Greatest Day Of My Life. Everything changed on this day and I discovered a type of love that I never knew existed. Seeing how easily and naturally Patricia would sacrifice herself to provide for our family was a lightbulb moment for me. From then I made the decision to not just specialise in helping Women Over 30, but to dial in my program for Mums over 30 specifically. Having Leo lit a fire within me to ensure that the impact PUSH would be known for was a multi-generational one, starting with the Mums of today.
October 2018
We did it our way without allowing anyone else’s expectations dictate our decisions. One of the best parts about this day was that Patricia’s parents were able to be in Australia for it and as very religious people, that meant everything to them, so it was important to us to make that happen.
2018-2021
If I was going to achieve my full potential and have a real Impact in the world I knew I couldn’t do it alone (this was really hard to accept at first). Over this next 3 year growth period my focus was completely different, I was no longer chasing information, qualifications or physical improvements, I was investing to grow internally as a Man, Father and Husband. I needed to build my belief system and shift my identity, I embraced the fact that the person I am today was not going to get me where I wanted to be. I went on a relentless mission to track down the best growth coaches that could fast track my success, first 3k, then 4k, 15k, 13k and 21k (you don’t forget the numbers when they are this big, they always ‘hurt’ at the time lol). Over 3 years I put all the money I made back into me and honestly, I will continue to do so, we are our biggest asset and it isn’t just for me, it’s so I can become the best coach, family man and leader possible to have the greatest impact.
April 2021
People talk about kids being ‘gifts’ all the time and I never understood why until Luna. I honestly did feel she was a gift when she came into our lives and I’m not entirely sure why. Possibly because my grandma always wanted a girl in our family after generations of boys and we were able to give her that gift a few weeks before she passed away.
