The more you give to this community the more you will receive. You and your peers are here to grow together and PUSH each other beyond your own perceived limits.

Let us know where you live and what you do for fun!This is the ONLY place to begin as we look to shift your mindset towards becoming the Woman you truly want to be deep down. This is an intense exercise and takes time, you may feel emotional afterwards as you'll be exploring yourself deeply. If you can go directly into Module 3 from this we can use those feelings for motivation with your goal setting.
Here is where we will set your short term (30 Day) and long term (90 Day) goals. Looking any further than that is usually fruitless as your goals will change frequently as you begin to see results in your life.
In this module we cover the importance of planning in general and introduce your to the framework our Mums use within PUSH to ensure they are always factored into their own lives, you've been putting yourself last for too long and if this stays the same, everyone will suffer in the end, but when mums win, everyone wins.
The PUSH standards for tracking physical progress are contained within the video. Every 4 weeks you will be required to get the facts around the physical progress you have made, you will no longer be jumping on the weighing scales every week (or every day!), that stops HERE AND NOW.
